This was our first time here, easy to find, clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. Thank you ◡̈

Smooth and positive process of making an appointment by phone. The entire process - reception, consultation, payment - was efficient and the consult punctual. The consultation (dermatology) was very satisfactory and I shall return for further treatment.

This is the first time I have visited the Goulburn Health Hub. My visit to see a specialist was a dream. Checking in was quick and the staff attentive.I didn’t even have time to sit down as the Doctor was running early. In terms of seeing the specialist, that was also great. A excellent Doctor who was personable, thorough and made my experience as pleasurable as a visit to a Doctor can be. There should be more like her.Also needed support from the nursing staff and the nurse I saw was equally as professional.

Facilities good- keeping to appointed time which is rear for doctors today.Run like a business where payment is expected 2 weeks in advance so in effect I am paying for a service before the service is provided- effectively an interest free loan for the business- imagine if the staff asked to be payed their wages in advanceWill avoid if services can be obtained elsewhere

Found Goulburn Health Hub on line. Rang to make an appointment, and so surprised to have one three days later. Plenty of parking, friendly receptionist. Only 10 minute wait to see Dr. Janet who made me feel comfortable. The Hub is light and spacious. Seems to be quite a few Doctors and Specialists there. Added convenience of Pharmacy and a cafe. Great for Goulburn.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Very unhappy with the specialists at this clinic. They have got $800 out of me with no resolution to the medical issues. Also told that I can't go on public waiting list. Once I mentioned I don't have health insurance they didn't want to know me. Very cold and not friendly at all. Very unhappy and feel very ripped off, $800 for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time and taking my money.

My Telehealth appointment went very well. I was given lots of information and my psychiatrist was very supportive and answered all my questions. At no time did I feel rushed or on a time schedule. Thank you.

The customer service of the admin staff at this centre is atrocious and they are viciously greedy for money to the point that they said they would refuse to see us of we couldn't pay hundreds of dollars up front (would not apply concessions or health funds), which is very difficult for a low income family. The staff were extremely rude to me when I questioned this policy or made any complaints about the frequent changes of appointments. The doctor we ended up seeing was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't have been happier there. My stars reflect the centre's admin and policies not the health professionals working out of there.*Edit* and to top it all off I watched the receptionists ignore an elderly old lady that was clearly having trouble standing while they chatted and typed on their computers instead acknowledging the poor lady so she could sit down.

A great practise, appointments available (yes you have to wait a bit for the specialists but at least you can get in!!) the receptionist are lovely and helpful and the paediatrician we saw was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend

Really happy with Doctor Malik. He was so lovely, personable and thorough. I feel like my son is in good hands and we look forward to his treatment plan and further appointments
