Really rude receptionist won't be coming back

I could not fault my time at MSI from start to finish, the staff were absolutely fantastic, supportive and so caring. There was minimal wait time which made the experience less stressful. Given the circumstances, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I cannot rate and recommend Harmony Counselling highly enough! Simone is an incredibly talented and gifted practitioner and individual. I initially visited this practice for hypnotherapy services (which Simone is an expert in) but soon realised that I would benefit from regular counselling as well as EMDR sessions with Simone. I was always made to feel extremely comfortable and at ease to share all of my feelings and experiences.

Hi everyone reading My review , I just wanted to give a shout out to a wonderful Doctor , Dr Gallage .I have been going to this surgery for years , and have always been really happy with the level of kindness I receive with every visit . I see the good doctor regularly and there has never been a time that the receptionist Karen hasn't tried Her best to offer Me an appointment when needed .I live and work locally and always feel at ease coming to this Surgery .I hope this review helps whoever is reading it make a decision Cheers Robyn

I cant recommend Enaya Womens counselling enough. Mariam is such a beautiful women to work with, so professional, caring and compassionate.

Ros is an absolute angel. She was sweet, supportive and somehow made me feel validated about all the things that I was struggling through including insecurities I thought nobody else would ever be able to relate to or understand. I’ll never forget her or all the helpful insight she’s provided me. It was truly a blessing having those sessions with her.

Firstly, I highly recommend Dr Steven LaurentSteven is fully engaged with his clients, he took the time and effort to understand the context of my mental health issues and the pressures that I was under (toddler and seriously ill partner). Over the past year he has really helped me get back on my feet and allowed me to lead a healthy and happy life again. This is something which I don’t think I could have done by myself.Before Steven I’d seen a few other Psychiatrists and had become jaded and rather cynical in the process. Steven gained my trust and started problem solving ingrained emotional issues whilst pragmatically dealing with real world problems.Finally, he is intelligent, empathetic and has a good sense of humor. A great psychiatrist and a great support to myself and my family.

Dr. Laurent is one of the best psychologist I have ever seen. Helped me tremendously overcome issues at work and at home, that I thought I could never resolve within me. He is simply amazing.

Harmony Counselling is an excellent service. Simone made me feel entirely at home and has a very warm and approachable manner. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr Gallege is a good dr, one of the only medical centres that takes time to do ndis applications instead of just rushing through and going to the next patient. If you have Pension cards so it’s free. Podiatrist nurse station etcI have 6 specialists and the referral process is simple. Chemist next to the medical Center so don’t have to drive around m.
