Ros is an absolute angel. She was sweet, supportive and somehow made me feel validated about all the things that I was struggling through including insecurities I thought nobody else would ever be able to relate to or understand. I’ll never forget her or all the helpful insight she’s provided me. It was truly a blessing having those sessions with her.

Ross is incredibly gifted in her field and has a strong calming energy about her. She has made me feel beyond comfortable and I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone who feels they may need help or even just someone to help them make sense of all the mess. Ross helped give me the tools I needed, held space for me and worked with me so that I could rediscover my own self-worth and self-love. I have seen many counsellors in my life but no-one has ever provided me the care that Ros has. I started seeing Ros with my partner in an attempt to save a highly toxic relationship. After simultaneously working one-on-one with Ros to heal my own traumas I found the courage to walk away from my narcassistic partner for the final time. Had I not seen Ros I would never have had the strength to do this alone. Ros held my hand through making one of the biggest decisions in my life. She went above and beyond in every aspect, even so much as calling me to guide my through situations over the phone. She is completely inspiring in her own story of how she came to become a counsellor and has steered the course of my life dramatically. I cannot recommend Ros enough, she is just fantastic. I took my teenage daughter (who was fighting her way through depression & anxiety) to see Ros after 12 months of unsuccessful treatment through a psychologist. Ros immediately connected with her and helped her navigate her way through Year 12. She then helped her get a job and start a Cert III in Childcare. My daughter is a different girl today - loving her work and planning a holiday with her friend. It wouldn't have happened without Ros. Ros is very special and dedicated to helping people, specifically and personally to their situation. Not just offering general techniques that don't necessarily work for everyone.She genuinely cares to understand who you are and is invested in working through, exactly what is needed to help. All in the most welcoming, warm and sincere way.I would recommend women of all ages to visit her, as you will feel very safe and understood. I cannot say in words how incredibly grateful I am to Ros for me no longer being a smoker! I went into my session a complete addict, had been a heavy smoker for at least 10 years and really wanted to quit. I hadn't had any success and a friend recommended Ros. I will be honest, I was sceptical and nervous as I NEEDED it to work. I went in for one session and walked out an hour later ... and it has now been 18 months smoke free. I never have cravings, I can be around smokers and it never bothers me. Ros you are my hero! My husband is booked in for next week so I cant wait to be writting another review once he has stopped!

Ros is undoubtedly a real-life experienced, true professional in her field with the perfect combination of genuine compassion.I myself, I cannot connect with people easily and it has taken me a long time to find what I was starting to think didn’t exists but from the moment I spoke to Ros i could instantly feel the connection where she outstandingly provides such a warm, welcoming and safe space in which seeing her is something to look forward to. Ros has absolutely saved my life. I have suffered from the most complex ptsd you can imagine and nothing was able to help until I met Ros and did hypno with her. She is a true healer. After only a couple of sessions I now have my life back and no longer suffer from this nasty condition. I am so blessed to have met Ros and will forever be grateful for what she has done for me.
