I cannot rate and recommend Harmony Counselling highly enough! Simone is an incredibly talented and gifted practitioner and individual. I initially visited this practice for hypnotherapy services (which Simone is an expert in) but soon realised that I would benefit from regular counselling as well as EMDR sessions with Simone. I was always made to feel extremely comfortable and at ease to share all of my feelings and experiences.

I found Simone after looking for a therapist for sometime. Simone is very warm and welcoming. I was very nervous at first but the minute I met her she put me at ease. I did a EMDR Therapy treatment and it really worked. I found Simone after doing a google search regarding EMDR after a friend had suggested that type of therapy to me. I had no idea that type of therapy even existed but as I was becoming more desperate I was willing to try anything to help me through an extremely difficult time in my life.I was really struggled after a 21 year marriage separation in October 2020 and had met previously with two other psychologists/counsellors but still felt very angry, frustrated and disillusioned about my life going forward as the sessions brought me no relief. Everyday I questioned whether I had made the right decision to leave my marriage (based around my ex's behaviour with alcohol) and was becoming more and more depressed as time went by, my head was constantly spinning with dark thoughts.
