I swear DigiDirect Miranda only hire the best staff! Zac and Tony helped me source a camera bag I was having a hard time getting and it came so quickly! They’re always extremely helpful with my questions and the lab team is incredible with the prints I get done for my small business. Cannot recommend the team at Miranda highly enough!!

That was without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life from Darcy.Brought in my laptop a few months ago on my only day off. Before even looking at it, I was charged $99 (Completely okay) but the insulting part was after looking at the problem on my laptop, Darcy said he would have it fixed within the hour.I politely waited in the plaza for an hour to only come back to a annoyed Darcy who seemed disinterested in conversation and in every interaction. we need another 30m" I was told 4 times for the day until eventually they told me to come back the next day.With my only day off wasted

Honestly some of the best service I have received in years! What makes it even better is they are local in Karratha! Busted the screen on my S20, made a call, they had the genuine Samsung parts in store, even showed me when I dropped the phone off 15 minutes later. The repair was completed and I was back in action within 2 hours! The phone looks like new and has been flawless. These guys know what they are doing, the shop looks great and has heaps of good stuff too! Thanks guys, pleasure doing business with you! Go local!

I highly recommend King It for all your technical difficulties. Both Dan and Ebony are highly skilled in what they do, how they go about it and everything I have asked them to do has been no trouble whatsoever and completed time. They are two of the nicest people to deal with. My advice? Go to King It you won't be disappointed.

Oh Ted's, one day prior to your sale (15% off Canon) I attend the store and ask if you are able to match a product. You staff member said, 'I don't know how they (other seller) can sell it for that price. Sorry can't help you!'Next day you have it a bit cheap than that price.Shame you've lost another customer from poor service once again. Need to be honest to you customers.

I purchased an ultrawide pc monitor, and within 4 days the USB-C input fails. I contact customer service and am asked to post it back to them for assessment. Not too enamoured with the prospect of queueing up in the post office with a giant screen, but OK. Any questions regarding timeframes of receiving a new monitor which I am using for work revert to we have a process" without further estimations. I ask if there is somewhere I can take it to be assessed in person for a faster turnaround and I get the "as indicated on my past email..." response from Darry.Would prefer a store to not insinuate that I haven't read their emails after they have wasted my time sending me faulty items. This is poor customer service that does not exactly have the basement prices to justify."

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always happy to lend a hand. I always go here to get my film photos developed, their quality is fantastic and love getting them as digital copy as well. Highly recommend
