Ben’s customer service, knowledge and skill is superb. Having everything installed at home was very convenient. The first stereo was faulty and when we rang Ben he was wonderful and came and took it away for review/ repair. When Alpine agreed it was faulty Ben came and installed the new one. Ben was positive and professional throughout. We highly recommend him.

Excellent workmanship!! He worked on my sprinter. Installed new stereo/ speakers/ reverse camera and whole second battery campervan set up. Very happy with his price, install and advise. Seems he can do it all !! Will definitely use Ben's services again !

I called System 12 to book in to troubleshoot my Pioneer Bluetooth Receiver. The steering wheel control for Bluetooth features had stopped working. Rather than taking my money (and both our time), he walked me through the manual reset immediately, and all is well in the world again. Ben is a stand-up guy!

If you get some work done by Ben you’ll find it easy to understand why he has so many 5 star reviews. He’s paid his dues, knows his area of expertise and gets things done. In my case he managed the job helped me make some good choices and delivered a vastly improved 4WD. Highly recommended :-)

Just got Apple Car Play working in my car using my Samsung (Android) phone WooHoo! I had contacted several different places in the last few months for help in overcoming no Android Auto in my car. It was Ben who was the only one to reply and suggested an adapter (which he doesn't sell, so not even any reward for him in writing to me) plus he sent me a link to the actual product. I can see why the reviews are all 5 stars, he is so awesome to deal with. Thanks Ben !

What a clever fellow Ben is. I have yet to catch him out with a question or assistance. I don't go anywhere else for my vehicle sound, navigation and tracking equipment.

Ben does an amazing job, very neat installation .Competitively priced on what he sells.This is the second Ute ben has set up for me for towing and touring. A Dmax and now the Triton would not go anywhere else.

Ben is great, he provides, practical, professional, friendly and helpful service at competitive prices; with a range of choices to satisfy any music loving motorist. His workshop is as what is described on his website; hugely airy, spacious, with displays of stereos, speakers and accessories. He knows what he is doing, he works with confidence and I feel confident in his experience when working on my car.
