A Coach load of residents from Lilydale Valley Views Retirement Village had a most enjoyable day touring to Castlemaine. Harrison, our driver was excellent, coping with some hiccups such as road closures and slow meals. His pleasant and cheery manner made the day most enjoyable. Well done, Harrison & Harlan Tours. We would certainly use this company again for Senior Tours.

Absolutely amazing Chris and our driver Luke is. Luke was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The black Hummer limousine was out of this world, it was a memorable experience and we will never forget it, you have to really experience it for yourself. Trust me just do it, book it and have a once in a lifetime experience. Great for any occasion and family's also. We felt like movies stars and worth a million dollars. Both our teenage boys Brandon and Kayden aged 17 and 15 was overwhelmed to say the least. Thanks for everything Chris and Luke. You both are true legends. Incredibly friendly staff only to willing to aid and make sure your child is not only safe but becomes apart of the us run. ( a community in its own) , You will never meet a more dedicated team, whom's sole purpose is to ensure your child arrive at school home and to safely,They are understanding kind and genuine ,There service is a credit to all involved ,We thank you !

The poor hygiene and inability to have a simple trip is horrible. Once again as I got on the bus, the pungent smell of vomit has littered the cab. I understand that people get sick, but this has now happened countless times on this same bus. Students on the bus notified me not to my bag on the floor, and the last time this happened students filled me in that it had happened on a friday it was clearly still present on Monday the following week.

Drivers went out of their way to make the trip smooth and easy. Clean and comfortable buses.

I enjoy the services and reasonable rates offered by Premier, although being limited nowadays, im just glad that your fleet continues to service the greater coastal areas and beyond with such a land coverage, Brisbane, Sydney then Eden with at least one service per day in either direction. Thanks again Premier motor service for your ongoing commitment.

Great door to door service.Booked a 00:15am Con-X-ion for my brother who was immigrating from Fiji and as I broke my leg/foot/ankle & stuck in hospital & two kids at home, my husband could no longer drive to fetch him. On top of that my brother had no knowledge of where to meet the bus exactly (I just said go the the Bus area not knowing that it's not as easy as that) & no phone to communicate.After being just a few minutes late driver Matt was straight onto the phone to me at 11:50pm to follow up. After explaining our circumstances he was on it. He was heading inside to help locate him.Luckily as Matt was heading in my brother was heading out - so all sorted.So grateful for this great service.We have always kept them as an option to get from Varsity Lakes to Brisbane Airport just never did because of having such little kids & the complications of car seats. As far as I understand this is no longer a hurdle either. Will definitely be recommending this service & will definitely be using them again. If not for ourselves definitely for guests we have coming to visit us.Thanks Matt!!!
