Bus and coach company

A Coach load of residents from Lilydale Valley Views Retirement Village had a most enjoyable day touring to Castlemaine. Harrison, our driver was excellent, coping with some hiccups such as road closures and slow meals. His pleasant and cheery manner made the day most enjoyable. Well done, Harrison & Harlan Tours. We would certainly use this company again for Senior Tours.

Some of the negative reviews for this company are from people that haven't even travelled with Alpine Spirit! A small number of these people unfortunately do have a personal vendetta towards the owners for things not related to this business and the services provided. Google refuses to remove their content even after proving the non-validity of the review.People using this form of media to belittle the company and taking advantage of them not being able to rectify the issue (if there ever was one!) - is very disappointing, weak and sad. Bus driver hit the side of the car. Obviously knew he did as you can see in the photos exchange of details. Unfortunately the company denies responsibility for the incident. What a joke.

Absolutely amazing Chris and our driver Luke is. Luke was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The black Hummer limousine was out of this world, it was a memorable experience and we will never forget it, you have to really experience it for yourself. Trust me just do it, book it and have a once in a lifetime experience. Great for any occasion and family's also. We felt like movies stars and worth a million dollars. Both our teenage boys Brandon and Kayden aged 17 and 15 was overwhelmed to say the least. Thanks for everything Chris and Luke. You both are true legends. Booked a Turtle Express tour with them the other day and had a splendid time. We were professionally picked up and dropped off and had a great time at the Mon Repos Turtle Centre. Glad we were Group 1 as Turtle Express - definitely worth it!

I enjoy the services and reasonable rates offered by Premier, although being limited nowadays, im just glad that your fleet continues to service the greater coastal areas and beyond with such a land coverage, Brisbane, Sydney then Eden with at least one service per day in either direction. Thanks again Premier motor service for your ongoing commitment.

Don’t buy with this company. I arrived 2 minutes later to the bus station because I took the wrong bus station (they don’t write a clear location of the place) and the bus, without 3 people, gone. They don’t wait nothing. I know that they can’t wait 10 minutes, but 5… so bad. I booked with other companies and if someone is not there, they wait at least 5 minutes or call to the people.Also, I called and they didn’t refund nothing of my money and they didn’t give me any solution. I have a company and you have to give solutions to the costumers if they have any problem. With more reason when you didn’t write a clear location in the ticket.THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

I had an amazing experience with Sydney Minibus Hire. The bus was incredibly clean, perfectly serviced and the process from initial hire through to pick-up and drop-off was seamless.But beyond that, I returned to my own vehicle and had some mechanical issues. Daniel, the owner, went above and beyond, rolling my van to the nearest mechanic, and liaising with the mechanic on my behalf the next morning to sort out the repairs. It was incredibly kind, and goes to show that small, family owned business have a heart and soul that is worth supporting!Highly HIGHLY recommend this company!
