Snow alliance drove us from Jindabyne to Perisher and back again 3 days later. Fabulous service, beautiful immaculate vehicle, Melinda was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would use again in a heartbeat, thanks!

We had 6 adults and 4 young children going to Perisher and looked at options to get us there. Snow Alliance was perfect. They picked us up in Jindabyne - all ten of us, plus a weeks worth of clothes and food - and delivered us safely to the oversnow transport provided by our lodge. No worries about chains or driving in bad conditions. They kept us informed at all times, stowed our gear safely and securely, and Jamie was the epitome of patience and quick thinking when we had two sick kids on the short trip back down . We would definitely use them again.

Where do I start, I have nothing but only the best comments to make about this company and it's operators Melinda and Jamie. We booked Snow Alliance to transfer us from Canberra to Perisher and back again for our snow holiday in June/July this year. Our family holiday of snow goers consisted of 11 persons, so getting us all to and from the snowfields in the most economical and safe fashion was our highest priority. From our initial contact with the operators of Snow Alliance we received the most amazing customer service, all our questions and queries were answered in a timely and professional manner with no stone left unturned in finalising our arrangements.We were very lucky to have Jamie as our tour bus driver when he picked us up at our Hotel in Canberra. He was easy to talk to, a wealth of knowledge of the area and we found common interests so our 2 hour drive to Perisher with an included pit stop in Cooma for a refreshing cuppa/beverages went relatively quickly. Before we knew it we were at our Hotel ready to enjoy our snow experience.At the conclusion of our holiday Jamie was there, prompt and efficient before our departure time and we were on the road again enjoying his commentary of the different areas and interests.We would highly recommend Snow Alliance for all your travels to and from the snow. This company exceeded our expectations in being an efficient, timely and cost effective service which is second to none. We have used Snow Alliance for 2 years now and have just booked for the 3rd year,they are great! Great cars and great door to door service.Picked up at Canberra airport taken to Perisher, the over snow transport organised with a minimum of fuss and didn't have to lift a case!We would recommend them every time.

We used Snow Alliance for a private transfer from Canberra to Thredbo (and back again on the return trip). The drivers on both legs of the trip were sensational. Very professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We were traveling with five young children and the drivers were more than happy to accommodate rest stops, toilet breaks and nappy change breaks!On the way up the mountain we encountered delays due to traffic control and the driver was able to talk with the traffic controller to let us through because we had young children in the car who were getting restless.I would absolutely recommend Snow Alliance to anyone looking for reliable and professional transport. Will definitely recommend Snow Alliance for their excellent service! Contacted them through their website to arrange for a trip to the Snowy Mountains from Cooma and had lovely Melinda replying to my query. Also helps that when seeking her advice, she recommended us to stay in Altair Motel which was just renovated. Easy transaction with bank transfer as an option. A day before our transport arrangement, Melinda emailed and she kindly checked on the snow conditions for Selywn Resort which we had initially planned to visit and advised us to go for Perisher Valley instead. Nice snow experience for the kids. :) Appreciate Melinda's thoughtfulness, warm & friendly service!
