We found Rick after having a terrible experience at a project builder. Once he showed us the design for our skinny block we literally fell in love. And now after living in the house we love the amount of natural light each room gets, we adore the simple flow of the house and he managed to fit a butler's pantry into the design.Not only did he listen to everything we requested, he designed a house that perfectly fits our lifestyle and without any delays!You will not be disappointed. We cannot thank Rick enough.

We chose Stallion Homes to build our new house based on recommendation from their previous clients.Would highly recommend Stallion, they were easy to work with, and incredibly fast build time (5 months from when slab was poured until moving in!). They were flexible in accomodating our ideas and were readily contactable through the build process. Another thing to note is that the price I paid was exactly what I was quoted, with no variations.10/10!

My insulation company completed some insulation works for Bushewood Building Company back in early December. We have still not received any communication from Tim regarding payment for the account, despite numerous attempts to call/email. We are now left with no choice but to lodge proceedings with the local court. I have no doubt they have collected payment from the customer. I may have to make contact with the customer in the coming weeks to apprise them of the situation. We will be having no further dealings with Bushewood besides through legal proceedings and I would warn others to reconsider their choice of Building company. I am currently in the process of having my Valley Kit Home being built, and could not be happier. Jose is always contactable with any queries I might have, we are kept up to date with the process and the quality is top class, can not wait to move in.

GJ Gardner north east finished our house just before Christmas last year and we have only positive things to say about the whole process. The owner Daniel is absolutely amazing and being a former builder himself, he knows his stuff. He was incredibly flexible, allowing us to make several changes throughout both the contract/quoting process and even once building had commenced. His communication was excellent, always answered our calls, responded to emails promptly and kept us updated throughout the whole process. His prices are more than fair - he always gave us a figure of exactly how much something would cost if we requested it, and when enquiring elsewhere, no one could match his price. He promised us that we would be in by Christmas, and even with a few setbacks out of his control, managed to meet the deadline. He even got up and did our feature slats himself during a 45degree heatwave when all trades refused to work in the heat, he really does go above and beyond. Daniel and his team take pride in their work and the evidence of that is our beautiful home that we are absolutely in love with. After hearing horror building stories from our friends/family we are thankful everyday that we chose GJs, so thank you!

Excellent future home designs. But I wish some Spanish villa style were designed with a tropical look? The central patio is a refreshing passive cooling ideal for Queensland North.

We have plenty of wonderful things to say about Nathan and his company - Konnect Building Solutions.They delivered us a beautifully executed renovation and we couldn't be happier with the result.His team are incredibly conscientious and were very careful with our home at every stage of our renovation. We were also really pleased at how spotless they left our site when they handed it off to us ... it was absolutely meticulous!Nathan is incredibly professional, trustworthy and easy to work with and has expert level knowledge in all areas of construction and renovation. We highly recommend him and his company and will definitely use him again in the future.
