Ash has been wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, on heritage and council requirements. He was very quick with getting 1st plans to us to view and was happy to make changes when asked. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to renovate or build.

I have worked with Ashneel for many years, maybe getting close to a decade. We worked together on a large project for an aged care provider, building their over 55's village, I was specifically working on the community centre and Ash was overseeing everything - he's a man of many talents! More recently, we had Ash work with us on our own family home and ....which we broke the suburb record for when we sold it late last year! Thanks Ash!!He made the process SO easy. He has brilliant problem solving ideas and solutions for those tricky building issues, he has a good handle and a lot of knowledge about Australian standards and what you 'can' and 'can not' do. I loved being able to bounce back and forth with ideas with different aspects of the house and he was so willing to change things around to help us build our dream. In the end, he literally created our dream on paper. Then, as well as drawing everything up for us, Ash also worked with our engineer to ensure everything was compliant and safe, then, he worked with the council for us on everything from the CC to our pool compliance.
