This is the worst council I’ve ever seen, so money hungry, and does hardly nothing good for people but did lots of stupid things.Bloody cold & ruthless, we really need to muster some guts to fight this useless council.

Ash has been wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, on heritage and council requirements. He was very quick with getting 1st plans to us to view and was happy to make changes when asked. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to renovate or build.

To their home and construction dept: Rude and unprofessional, Never meet commitment and only know to charge your fee. Couple of days ago, talked to one of the approve officers and request to reply my email and he said he will do that while I don't get anything feedback after a month. When you ask them why, they can only say it is according to the rule etc.Never cares about your real concern.

Monash City Council
Let you guys to see what is going on:To: Risk Management & Insurance Coordinator Monash City CouncilI parked my vehicle at the corner of 38 Burlington & Westminster Streets in Oakleigh around middayof 11 July 2021. As I exited the car, the wheels of a passing vehicle dislodged a piece of looseasphalt from the road which hit and damaged my windscreen. That section of the road is extremely dangerous and, as the enclosed photos show, on severaloccasions the council had it marked as such. However, no works to have those potholes filled up hasever been carried out.Given the damage to my vehicle, I feel that Monash City Council should reimburse me for the cost ofreplacing the windscreen. I enclose:1. Quotation for windscreen replacement2. Photographic evidence of the current condition of the road3. Photos showing the damaged windscreen4. An email from Monash Council stating that the council inspected the site and found there to beno issues that require repair/replacement in accordance with the Road Management PlanI look forward to a prompt resolution of my complaint.gravel/stones on the road at Westminster Street,Oakleigh.Council staff had attended this site for an inspection and found there to be no issues that requirerepair/replacement in accordance with the Road Management Plan.this image dated 11/09/2021 is the council made mistake by resurfacing wrong address?.....................................................................................................................Thank you for contacting Council regarding the gravel/stones on the road at Westminster Street,Oakleigh.Council staff had attended this site for an inspection and found there to be no issues that requirerepair/replacement in accordance with the Road Management Plan.In relation to the email that was sent to Risk Management via our Customer Service team, this is aseparate department to the Infrastructure Maintenance division that inspected the road over atWestminster Street so you will be contacted back from them separately.Should you have any further concerns, or wish to follow up please with the Risk Management do nothesitate to contact our Customer Service team on 9518 3555.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My offer to solve this issue sent on Thursday, 27 January 2022I refer to your email dated Wednesday, 19 January 2022 10:09 AM and to our previous correspondence.I reject the Council's offer of $410.67 in full and final settlement of this dispute.I previously provided you with an estimate of repairs to my motor vehicle for the damage which is the subject of this dispute, in the sum of $8,058.19. The Council's offer of $410.67 falls well short of this estimate and were I to accept it, I would be at a considerable financial loss.Consequently, my counter-offer to the Council is $7,058.19. in full and final settlement of this dispute. Please advise whether the Council will accept this counter-offer, as I am sure you would agree that it is not in either party's interest for this dispute to be litigated.• Cost of repair and hire a car result of negligent.• privacy breach.

Our car broke down just out the road and this is our experience..1 The day it happened a local Land Rover owner came out with the relevant diagnostic tool to see if he could help. Lovely guy , offered his place to camp if we needed it2. The next day the tow truck driver rearranged his day to get to us early so we weren’t stuck in the lay-by too long3. The charge for the tow of car and 24 ft caravan was more than reasonable4. The mechanic went above and beyond and charged a minimum fee when he found the car was terminal5. The local Ingenia holiday park fitted us in at once and assured us even though it was peak time they would find a place for us for as long as we needed6. We have visited several shops and the local Adelaide Hotel and everyone has been cheerful and obliging.Moruya council you should be proud of your businesses and your residents. This town has turned a disaster on its head and made it into ‘thank goodness it happened here’.

What a lovely AustraliaDay at Birrong Pool. Entry was well organised with no holdups. Good security. Heaps of tables and chairs for everyone. Loved the deck chairs and DJ and entertainment. Plenty of free sausage sizzle for everyone. Great activities for kids and pool lanes well organised and managed. After 11.30 when it got quite busy, it was still well managed. Well done all.

I would like to thank the Staff and Contractors that replaced the footpath out the front of my shop. I cannot praise their inclusiveness, professionalism and concern for my business during this time enough. You were all great. Thank you
