BMW motorcycle dealer

Just picked up my new BMW R1250RT today. Truly excellent service from Ian on the sales team. Ian was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Followed up my initial enquiry and made everything easy. Definitely recommend Worthingtons and Ian.

Iv been dealing with city coast motor cycles since the 2012 models and I can honestly say I feel privileged that I have got to know them and now feel like part of the family because that’s how they dead set make you feel. Their after sale service is second to none and if your in the market for anything to do with anything to do with any type of motor bike , service and accessories ect and don’t introduce yourself to Tim , bushy , Shannon and the newest breath of fresh air Tayla your mad . Adam , Les and apprentice Alex have workshop covered and nothing is ever a problem, iv actually dealt with all the main players in motor bike shops in the Illawarra over the years and none of them have any idea or come close , amateurs in my eyes I must say . City coast motor cycles rocks and I’ll talk them up for ever because they deserve it . Champions the lot of them . Thanks everyone

Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I heard about how good they are from others, and when my R1150R needed new fork seals and rear disk replacement I've decided to switch to them.They did great job with that but wait... There is more !!Completely unrelated to what they've serviced, I've noticed that front brake started to stick after I picked up the bike.I've asked them to look into it and they jumped on it straight away.Looks like problem was caused by failing master cylinder hose that was slowly disintegrating and releasing gunk into hydraulic system until it prevented pressure to be relieved.They've fixed it, flushed and cleaned hydraulics and did not want to charge me anything for that fix. Definitely coming back but only if they charge for everything they do ! :-)Thanks guys !

Hi all, i brought some accessories for my motorcycle from there & when i got home i noticed that some of the fittings were missing from the box .. after getting in touch with sales they were really apologetic then promptly delivered the parts in person to my house the next day ! with their extremely friendly staff,cutting edge showroom & amazing service i think they are setting the benchmark for customer service very high .. well done.

Coastline BMW were fantastic to deal with, kept me up to date about my purchase of GSA1250 which had to be ordered from the factory in Germany.Spare parts looked after all the extras that I wanted for the bike and service did a great job fitting everything. can highly recommend the team at Caloundra BMW

2022 Tiger Woods 1200 GT Pro was in for wheel repairs. Brisan service team was excellent and pushed the job through quickly as I had no other transport options. Very friendly and helpful. Spares dept sure plied upper and lower crash bars and even supplied a print out of the installation instructions. Also very friendly and helpful.
