Terrible customer service! Their lack of responses to help their clients and help people who are renting. We were left without communication or updates for 6 months. We would try go to the store and no one was ever around.Tried follow up on paperwork as a housemate was moving out and no responses, then followed up again and again and 3 months after that person had moved on (keep in mind we were still going month to month because they never settled on a proper contract) they finally respond asking us what we want which was clear in the emails we tried to send them what we were after. We found we get better communication going directly to our landlord. They really are not keeping up with how current rental/leasing/buying works.Absolutely the poorest of customer service. Very rude and slack.

Body corp for my new unit. It's been less than 2months and the level of unprofessionalism is astounding. Never reply to emails or calls. I am constantly writing, following up on my previous email" which is still never answered. When I was purchasing it and it looked like settlement would be delayed due to the insurance being unpaid on the property

Haughton Stotts Real Estate knows their clients, customers who can just be themselves.Where some people may look down at a low income earner Haughton Stotts Real Estates look at everyone equally..Thanks for being supportive, understanding and willing to help, be suggestive and blatantly honest about when they can do for you.Eve is wonderful, kind hearted and honest with possibilities.Wonderful Professionalism, obviously the tenants who complain about the real estate don't understand that Landlords give the real estate the go ahead on repairs, it's not up to the real estate agents themselves, they act on behalf of someone else, it depends on the landlords, as their property, if they are in a financial hardship themselves, perhaps some repairs aren't as necessary. If it's something small, can't a tenant themselves take it as their obligation to fix something's, obviously not necessarily anything which may cause a lawsuit, but a fence is the obligation of both neighbouring sides, not specifically the landlord to property of the tenant that complained.If you require a document, what can't you have on file, if you have a copy of your lease (if you're leasing than what more would you need) if you are a landlord, the real estate will ensure most likely documents are emailed, unless specifically requested for posting, and usually to a solicitor, or accountant for safekeeping.Being a rental tenant, you hold responsibility to upkeep the property to the best of your ability, being a buyer or seller you'll most likely have a banker, mortgagee or solicitor work on your behalf. As a landlord your risking your property hoping that who is paying you to live there will be able to keep the property in a sufficient equal or better way than when moved in. Not including the cost of rates, property insurance, maintenance and so forth. Perhaps some immature tenants shouldn't have the privilege of living in some properties if they don't understand the risks involved.Luckily for me I do, this real estate agency knows that, and regardless of my financial statements, gave me an opportunity to house myself, and my dependent as a single parent. Some people might be wealthy, but so bloody stupid. Some people could be much smarter, poor and never given an opportunity. Haughton Stotts believes in giving opportunities to people who require housing. What more could anyone ask for from a real estate agency.
