BMW side of the Morgan and Wacker is pretty cool. But $$$. Did my recall service done there and receptionist Matt was very helpful. Bought myself a new tinted visor and sale person was pretty helpful too.

On a motorcycling holiday I discovered that my wife's F900XR had clocked up 20k kilometres, this is it's first major service.I contacted M&W bmw to see if I could book her bike in.On speaking to Matt in Service he advised me to bring her bike in that very afternoon. Less than 24hours later I received a courtesy call to say her bike was completed with the addition of a new front tyre that I requested and completely washed.Their customer service is outstanding and in my opinion they're second to none.Best service experience I've received.All the staff that I had contact with were friendly and professional.10/10.

Well I had my first service done today on my BMW R18 here, after a horrible experience in every way where I bought the bike at Springwood (?). It is not Springwood, it is Slacks Creek! It was amazing!! It was professional and everything a person needs from a dealer. Thank you BMW Motorrad Newstead, YOU ROCK.

strange problem with fuel cap refusing to come off my new R18 purchased from Sydney dealer. Matt in the service team kept me up to speed weekly as we waited for a new part to arrive from the homeland. Bike was fixed, some extra servicing carried out, all at no charge. Much appreciated.
