Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I heard about how good they are from others, and when my R1150R needed new fork seals and rear disk replacement I've decided to switch to them.They did great job with that but wait... There is more !!Completely unrelated to what they've serviced, I've noticed that front brake started to stick after I picked up the bike.I've asked them to look into it and they jumped on it straight away.Looks like problem was caused by failing master cylinder hose that was slowly disintegrating and releasing gunk into hydraulic system until it prevented pressure to be relieved.They've fixed it, flushed and cleaned hydraulics and did not want to charge me anything for that fix. Definitely coming back but only if they charge for everything they do ! :-)Thanks guys !

Only trustworthy motorbike mechanic I’ve found! Never overcharge, always look after my bikes with the utmost care and nothing is ever an issue! Literally tried 3 other places first and they all couldn’t be bothered taking my money. Nothing is a problem with these guys and I’m always confident my bikes are being looked after! Legends!!!

My Aprilia was very sick after having a tyre repair at another bike ‘specialist’. Took it back and they charged me again to look at it and found nothing.Brought it to Moro Auz and they pinpointed the problem- promptly fixed and no more expensive than the first place I won’t be going back to again.MotoAuz is now my repairer/mechanic of choice.Lovely service.

Great service, good people. Took my bike in and they went above and beyond to find me an oil filter and new brake pads, driving around to local businesses until they found some. Bike is running better than ever and they didn't attempt to upsell me on anything.

We rented a BMW GS 1250 for six weeks motorbike travel through Australia there. Fantastic customer service and very friendly staff! We could store our surplus luggage there when travelling at no cost and the bike was perfect. Absolutely no problem during our trip over more than 10.000km. Big recommendation for this place!

I had my DR-Z400 carby serviced and the jets adjusted here last week. I was extremely happy with the service and he even fixed the fuel tap that had a leak as part of the quote. Final price was less than he quoted and had it finished a day earlier than he initially said. I am a very happy customer.

Charlie (mechanic) made it easy for me to get my bike seen to straight away. After diagnosing that my starter motor needed changing on my Harley, he had it done promptly as well as fixing a stuff up from my previous mechanic. Great customer service and It feels great to find an honest and reliable mechanic.

Had a flat at 7.30 this morning. Chris and his team were awesome and helped get me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend for their service. Thank you.

I have been getting my two bikes serviced by Brian and his team at Moto Auz for over two years now, they always make you feel welcome, very good service with a smile, Brian always does his very best to keep his customers happy, also special mention for the young helpful and friendly guy Bailey,I was initially attracted to Moto Auz because of the good customer reviews, and I would not go anywhere else now as I know they will always take good care with my bikes, their charges are always fair and reasonable, an honest and reliable bike service shop.
