Top staff. Placed an order, it was lost on freight, they kept me notified what was going on and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. A replacement arrived and I'm back on 2 wheels.

Had my FZ1 in today for a set of tyres. Really pleased with my experience. Friendly staff and great communication, they even managed to get my bike done sooner at short notice. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

I went in to get some gloves for winter, was approached very quickly and found a great pair. Went home, did a bit of research and found a pair of heated gloves for a fair price. I went back into Elite the next day and spoke to the lady at the counter about some options and her opinion on heated gloves. She shared her experiences and knowledge surrounding them and was able to give me such an amazing deal and credited the gloves I purchased the day before. This was such a quick and easy process and just made my day. 10/10 service, fairness and I always love being greeted with a smile and not being treated like an idiot even though I am new to riding. One last thing to mention, is that the lady stated that I am more than welcome to take these new gloves home and if I dont like the fit or the feel or anything, that I can bring them back again with no problems. Perfect customer service and ensuring the customer’s happy/comfortable. Great job Elite!

Came here with my son and was impressed by how the sales staff were non-pushy, offered realistic advice and took the time to make sure my son chose the right bike for his size. My husband and I had a great experience here, we received good advice on road bike helmet selection, there is layby options which we did, we checked out the LAM bikes for me once I get my licence. Nice selection of bikes and gear.
