Bead wholesaler

I have never been in their shop but I’ve found them online and I have just made my second order through their website today. The products are very nice and exactly how they look on the pictures. Their website is very easy to use and you can find anything you need. Can’t wait to come and visit the shop!

I cant believe it has taken this long for me to write a review! Most of my purchases are mail order, they come very promptly, beautifully packaged and always a little lollie added! I have visited the store for one and one classes, and cant believe how affordable they were and the information freely given beyond the scope of the class. The range of products is amazing too!

Thoroughly enjoyed a stop off at Chunky Timber on our tour very authentic original unique honest down to earth character purchased a lovely cheese board and got some great pics ..

I drove to the store on Sunday 13 Nov only to find the store has been closed permanently after 18 years of trading.. :-(

Such a great shop but a real shame about the customer service. I went into this shop recently to help my daughter create something special for her teachers and principal at the end of the year. (I’ll be the first to admit I had my hands full with 2 excitable girls and a baby). Firstly I was told what I wanted wasn’t available only to find it on the shelf. I just wanted to get in and out of the shop and asked several questions which were all answered with a complete lack of care and I was offered no assistance whatsoever. Then my daughter accidentally knocked some plastic jars off a shelf 20cm from the ground whilst she was trying to read a sign and I was told that they were in alphabetical order. I asked my daughter to pick them up and put them back (which she did) and I heard “well they were in alphabetical order”. For a shop that runs kids programs I thought they may be a bit more tolerant of children and slightly more helpful. My background is 13+ years of customer service and I would never dream about being so rude to a potential paying customer. This is not the first time I have been in the store either and have been met with similar disinterest in my previous visits. So disappointing.

It's definitely a must-see.It's a quirky little place. They are really friendly and treat you like your one of the family which made for an enjoyable visit. All their products are made from reclaimed timber and their motto is zero waste"Which is awesome."
