Banjos Bead House

I have never been in their shop but I’ve found them online and I have just made my second order through their website today. The products are very nice and exactly how they look on the pictures. Their website is very easy to use and you can find anything you need. Can’t wait to come and visit the shop!

I cant believe it has taken this long for me to write a review! Most of my purchases are mail order, they come very promptly, beautifully packaged and always a little lollie added! I have visited the store for one and one classes, and cant believe how affordable they were and the information freely given beyond the scope of the class. The range of products is amazing too!

Such a great shop but a real shame about the customer service. I went into this shop recently to help my daughter create something special for her teachers and principal at the end of the year. (I’ll be the first to admit I had my hands full with 2 excitable girls and a baby). Firstly I was told what I wanted wasn’t available only to find it on the shelf. I just wanted to get in and out of the shop and asked several questions which were all answered with a complete lack of care and I was offered no assistance whatsoever. Then my daughter accidentally knocked some plastic jars off a shelf 20cm from the ground whilst she was trying to read a sign and I was told that they were in alphabetical order. I asked my daughter to pick them up and put them back (which she did) and I heard “well they were in alphabetical order”. For a shop that runs kids programs I thought they may be a bit more tolerant of children and slightly more helpful. My background is 13+ years of customer service and I would never dream about being so rude to a potential paying customer. This is not the first time I have been in the store either and have been met with similar disinterest in my previous visits. So disappointing.

I’ve struggled with horrible absolutely horrible customer service from this place. They wouldn’t exchange an item I bought even though I have the item in original condition and only retuning because I bought the wrong size. For a small business, customer service goes a long way and this business clearly doesn’t understand that!I’ve sent over $600 in this shop but I always notice a bit of an attitude from the older lady. I honestly had enough! This is not the way to treat loyal customers! Your lose! I LOVE YOU BEADS! has everything! Including Swarovski! It’s not discounted! You will no longer have my business. Horrible!

This is one of my favourite places, it's like being in a candy shop. Huge range of good quality supplies for creating your jewelry pieces, the beads are just stunning, with every colour, and shape you can imagine. Absolutely beautiful staff, highly recommend you visit this store if you like to create beautiful original jewelry.

I ordered a lobster clasp for a broken belt that I needed to fix for an event. The parcel was shipped a couple of hours after I placed my order and I received it the following day. It was exactly as described and the service was incredible. So happy with my experience. Looking forward to ordering again hopefully sometime soon.

Bought earrings for a dear friend. Ordering was easy as. Received the earrings today with an eclair lollie inside. Earrings are even more beautiful than the photo. Thank you Lynda and Denise ❣️ I'm over the moon ☺️

Lynda & Denise are awesome, they have so much stock in their shop and are so very helpful over the phone too. They get orders out very quickly and will call if there is a stock shortage. I'm constantly ordering all sorts of things from them for my beading hobby. My favourite bead store.
