Fashion Nails

I went into Fashion Nails Halls Head in the lead up to Christmas as my usual salon was booked out and packed! My experience here was not pleasant at all!The person doing my nails was rough, wasn’t paying attention to what they were going and my nails were rushed and not finished off nicely at all, which is very disappointing leading up to Christmas when you want everything to be perfect!! I was also very annoyed at the fact that every time I got a notification on my phone (which I had placed on the table next to me) the person was looking and reading my messages!!I will not be coming back!

Daughter called up for nail soak off and pedicure. The man said to come down, we were greeted by a very unpleasant woman with orange hair. She said can I help, I looked at my daughter who suffers severe anxiety and she said can you talk. I said yes my daughter called up for a nail soak points to her nails and pedicure for me. She then says “she called”? And rolled her eyes.. She said the said wash ur hands to my daughter and then says very loudly to me “CANT SHE TALK” my daughter was down at back basin heard as did everyone else who were very shocked. My daughter came and whispered can we leave. I assured her it was ok. Someone else said to me can I help you to which I awkwardly said yes I’m not sure wether to go sit or stand here. Then orange hair pipes up and says “we are talking to the person behind you” I went quiet.. she then told my daughter to sit and I said should I sit at the pedicure chair? She then again starts talking loudly and rudely you says you pointed to her and said she was getting them both down. She was the most rude and aggressive person I have ever experienced in any shop. The foul looks, eye rolls and condescending personality was horrid. I said to my daughter get up we are going, she is unbelievably rude and left. My daughters anxiety is through the roof and she is so upset. We came to falcon who were very full but very welcoming and saw to us straight away. Will never attend halls head again as long as miss orange is there .

I wish I was able to leave a good review but I cant. This is my local nail place. The last time I went in, I was treated really well. Today, I felt like a burden. The lady was really rude and unwelcoming. My nails are far shorter than I would like and she was extremely rough so now all my nails are aching. I won't be back.

Been using Kim for years, last few times I’ve been disappointed and yesterday a lady I’ve never seen before started on my pedicure. She couldn’t use nail clippers properly, didn’t know how to hold a file didn’t cut my cuticles and didn’t take the hard skin of my heels. Another lady did the varnish and I had to call her back, she had missed half the nails. Very disappointed Kim. I won’t be using your salon again. Your taking more time with manicures, filling up all your chairs, people waiting for ages and inexperienced workers.

I was in yesterday to get a refill.the lady doing my nails didn't bother to check them after comingout of lamp,another girl slapped oil on my cuticles ,smudging the unset chelac to which the entire colour peeled off 1 hr after having it done .was meant to go back today to get it fixed instead I've decided not go back.the lady as I paid for this unprofessional service actually blamed me for not having my hand in gel lamp correctly.I won't ever be going back.

My shellac didn't even last a day it was already chipping. At other nail salons it lasts 2 weeks before chipping. They must be using cheap nasty products.

I have been getting my nails done by Kim and staff for many years…Fantastic service, always friendly and always happy to fit me in.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Horrible experience. The lady was so rough, cut my toes when filing. My finger nails were covered in paint, looked like I did it with my left hand and my eyes shut. My toe nails were cut wonky and inconsistent between each nail. Would not recommend to anyone.

discusting treatment by couple of staff male and female. Left soaking hands in acetone for almost an hour they were extremely rude and busy serving new people. Definitely do not recommend my nails are paper thin now
