Excellent service, great comfort, and the Drivers are so professional. A great way to travel to Sydney, without the hassles of driving yourself. I would strongly recommend their reliable services so you can just relax and enjoy the trip.

Staff are professional and friendly. Unfortunately there is always one passenger that wants to bend the rules. I was seated next to someone who opened a hot curry and took their shoes and socks off. Staff dealt with it well. Hot food is not allowed.

Used Murrays buses to between Sydney and Canberra. The buses arrived on time and the services were great. Seats were comfortable with plenty room for luggages in the under bus storage. No hot food or drinks are allowed in the bus. Water is ok. Free WiFi was also available for the customers during the trip. Washrooms are also located at the back of the bus.

Went from Canberra to Sydney both ways. Left on time, arrived on time. Seats were good. People keep relatively quiet throughout the trip. Prices are great if you book far in advance. Curtains are provided on all windows to block light. Drivers were polite and drove smoothly. Location is central and near public transport. It also has space for cars to park and drop people off. Overall, a good service.

Have travelled with Murray’s on many occasions. On our last trip we discovered when boarding the bus that seats are now allocated. This is not mentioned when booking and there is no option to choose your seat. You don’t find out where your allocated seat is until the driver advises you on boarding the bus. I suffer motion sickness and was allocated the back seat. The attendant in the office was less than helpful and was actually quite rude when I asked if there was a possibility I could be moved closer to the front. The bus driver on the other hand was fantastic. He advised that if I waited he was sure that there would be empty seats… which there was. Completely understand the need to allocate seats but this needs to be made clear when booking. They should also make it clear that you can’t choose your own seat.. I would have chosen another travel option if I’d known this.

Terribley managed facilities on buses. Toilet hand no toilet paper and no hand soap. WiFi on one bus wasn't providing internet even though connection was made. Other bus didn't even have its WiFi working. Seat belts were tangled, wouldn't retract and/or were too short (only one seat belt lengthener available for our entire group). Two stars for a good set up of facilities but you need to maintain them better.

On a recent trip from Canberra to Sydney my partner and I got seats 11a and 11b. The seats didn't have any foot rests and 11a had an emergency exit door protruding out that meant I couldn't sit flat in my seat as my shoulder would then hit the door frame so I was highly uncomfortable for the entire 3.5 hours.Not sure why those with only one person was not given these seats as at least they can sit on 11b to avoid being stuck in such an uncomfortable position for the whole trip. Also, there was no discount for the compromised seats :(

I travelled with Murrays at Easter Syd to Canberra. I use a power wheelchair. The driver forgot to bring the ramp to load my chair. They don't keep one on every bus. They don't keep one at the office. So we were delayed for an hour while we waited for one to be brought. We were already half an hour early to allow time to load the chair. As a wheelchair user, I couldn't book online, enjoying the convenience that other people experience. I had to ring. I rang, I arrived early. I did all the extra things they asked. I asked for a refund on our tickets, given the delay. I've followed up a couple of times since. People tell me they are sorry but nothing happens. It seems they'd prefer I caught the train.

Our driver, Wayne, was friendly and knowledgeable sharing facts about the towns we drove through. The price was very reasonable and we arrived on time despite being a Friday afternoon. The bus was clean, my only real complaint was that there were no plugs to charge devices.
