Great little agency does most of what Australian post does.

They go on an hour and a half break during their opening hours and leave the main doors open. So weird.

Usual customer service - NONEWent in to do my postal vote which was snatched off me with “what’s this!”I stated he just had to witness me sign it. It was tossed back at me with “we don’t have time to do that!” (All of 30 seconds)3 on counter and 2 customers!This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered bad service here!Thank you to the girls at the restaurant who were busy who took 30 seconds to sign.

I opened an account with BTC Markets June 2021.Part of the Bitcoin that I purchased I 'invested' into something that I later found out was a scam.Not proud that I got conned (by a relative!) but there you are.Beyond all of that I had a residual Bitcoin balance still in my BTC Markets account.I recently converted that Bitcoin into AUD and sought to withdraw it.BTC Markets have disabled my withdrawals because I invested some of my Bitcoin unwisely with something that turned out to be a scam.The only person that lost $ was me - I own that.That said, the residual balance in My BTC Markets account is mine, and BTC Markets have no lawful grounds upon which to withhold my money.Beware of doing business with BTC Markets.They can withhold your $ without needing any legal grounds to do so.Reports are now lodged with various authorities - ASIC and ACCC Scamwatch and Police.Be careful!
