Shocking customer service by the pharmacist. Rest of the staff were professional but the pharmacist himself have no customer service skills. Could do with a simple smile and a hello but you are made felt like you are asking him for a favour. Thought I will support a local business but never going back.

Worst customer service ever.Came from Victoria Australia to fill a scipt for sons ADHD meds and first thing said was 'What are you doing with this?!?!' Very rudely. Different rules over there but couldve been spoken to much nicer as I did nothing wrong. Will never go back.

Friendly and helpful staff.Had my flu jab and both covid19 Moderna shots here and didn't feel a thing. Pharmacist KP is a jet with the vaccination process and I would highly recommend him to those with reservations about being vaccinated.

Disgusting discrimination from the Pharmacist Sam Elkady. I was refused service for not wearing a mask, even though i have an excemption! Been going here since they opened but now I will now take my business elsewhere.

Locum Incorrectly dispensed my script instead of using it as the owing and the pharmacist blamed me for it, now they've put a false note on my history and make me feel like a criminal. I will never go here again and will let everyone else know not to go here.
