Hung is an extremely helpful, patient and precise lady who did everything to help me select the right curtain according to my needs. Highly recommended this rich fabric store!

The owner is very supportive and helps to look for what you need.There is huge range of fabrics to choose from.

Agree with most coments here.Very poor customer service. The lady work there is not happy to help but rush to put the selected materials back. When I ask where did you put them she was so rude to me.

My first visit today, had a very pleasant and professional experience. Found a variety of fabrics and interfacings, also large spools of thread very well priced. Happy customer.

Staff are friendly and suoer willing to help out if asked, but don't hover in the way. The store is super well stocked with fabric, the prices are great, and i never leave without something useful for a project. Recommended!

The minute we walked in the lady was so rude to me and my mother. We simply asked her what days she was open and shooed us away like we were bothering her. The other man on the other hand was very welcoming. We found the fabric we wanted so I went to find him, left mum alone for a second n I was watching the rude lady keeping an eye on my mum then I heard her yell no no no!! I go there n she rudely told my mother not to touch the fabric. How r u supposed to buy fabric if u don’t touch it???? If she did not want us touching the fabrics she could’ve nicely said so. Should’ve just walked away when I saw her attitude in the beginning, never going in there again. She doesn’t even deserve one star. Such a shame bc they have really nice fabrics, but never going in that store with that customer service.
