Disgusted with service. Ordered in wrong window despite being fully explained. Came out to fit glass and did not have appropriate tools. Broke the window hinge on removal resulting in having to wait for new hinge and glass from over east. Guaranteed job would be completed in one week. After 3 weeks still no contact. Rubbish incompetent service all round.

service was great, however they do not accept cash as payment! since when is cash not legal tender??we were NOT advised of this at the time of quote, either from the insurance company or O'Briens themselves...

Waiting for time to get me in because they don't work on Saturday's but it was a insurance job. I would have charged the insurance company for the cost of bringing two men in to do the job.
