Vector made the process of constructing my house very easy, they were responsive to my queries and specific needs and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. They’ve taken what was an idea and turned it in to a reality, our house is now a home we can fill with memories and loved ones.

Vector construction was suggested to me by a friend to build 2 double story townhouses. I decided to sign the building contract with them after visiting the display home in Donvale. I liked the modern design, the quality and attention to detail.During the construction, the builder, Cameron, communicated with me very well. He is active to respond to our enquiries, even now. I highly appreciate his for his expert opinion on colour and material selection and for finishing the construction on time even though Covid -19 restrictions were implemented. Now I have moved into my dream house for almost a year, I am very happy with the workmanship, the construction timing and the outcome of our home. Not only the quality, but also the pleasant experience!

Vector were different to other builders we've worked with in the past. There seems to be an attention to detail, forward thinking, problem solving and streamlining of the finished product that is rarely found in a builder. Our previous developments had us dealing with problem after problem and a 'lack of pace' in moving the project past these bumps along the way. The Vector Team were in some instances predicting potential problems and navigating around them with ease, like a well oiled machine. The team were more responsive to emails and open communication lines than what we've come to expect from our dealings with other builders. We were honestly relieved that our search to find a great builder has ended here and we look forward to working with Vector on many more projects. Following on from some less than desirable outcomes with previous builders, we'd like to thank you for providing a great development experience.

Vector built our family home, which is more of a dream home for us. The project was kept on time and in budget, the team facilitated our needs and wants; working within the parameters set by our architect to bring our vision to life.
