Three stars. No complaints. Great entertainment at 7/11. A must do! Some colourful types stay here. Clean, harmonious and central location.

The people are racist! Have been called black slu#t for using an aircon and they wanted extra money for operating the air con when already paying $350 pw they charge $40 +for a receipt on wich you are entilted to ! Complete frauds! Not a place for children! Also he buys stolen tvs ! Disgusting is all i can say!!

Just saw a disturbing video of terrible treatment to Aboriginal women at this resort. Stay away from this place they do not deserve any custom.

I honestly would have given this a negative rating if it were possible. Not only is the entire premises dilapidated and disgustingly dirty, the management are horribly unhelpful and abusive when any enquiry is made about it. Additionally I was racially abused by management and have heard this isn't the first time it's happened to guests staying here. Never again I hope they take a long hard look at themselves and realise how privileged we are to live in such a beautiful place, reflect on that and maybe think to treat people accordingly.

The reviews i have been reading have been surprising as i stay at this resort everytime i come into the The Entrance for work purposes. The management is ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY NEEDS and stay to themselves. The accommodation is dated but always livable and not over priced. I enjoy staying there.

Mother and son are the owners they are very very rude towards the customers they winge about the lights being on of a night time you have to ask permission to have a visitor the pool area has been closed for a long time the water in the pool is dark green sludge still have to pay full price no wifi the beds are very old and uncomfortable the rooms have bad smells and dirty had to clean my room before I felt that it was half decent the old bi### is a bad drinker and picks on the women customers fell like you have to walk on egg shells
