Deliciosa food in a spectacular setting

I came here for dinner with my mum while we visited Melbourne in January. It was such a great recommendation to come here from a friend.We had Miles who served us, and while his name is spelt incorrectly, and should be 'Myles', he can be forgiven because he was super friendly, chatty and a vibe.The food was exquisite, but waaaaaaay too much for us to finish (we had the set menu of what felt like 700 courses).It was honestly amazing, the quality, the taste and the presentation of the food.The cocktails were also perfect. Low-key wanted to take the little glass with designs on it - because how beautiful is it (pictured)!We loved the food, the service, the music and the vibe of this place. I'd love to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Pastuso. We went with the set meal. It is on the expensive side but we were incredibly full by the end and the dishes were great. Tres Leches at the end was gorgeous. I’m not vegetarian however, the sweet potato had incredible flavour. I’d love to know how it is prepared. We got there around 8:15 and left around 10:30pm; we weren’t rushed, which was great. The service was good, a nice mix of friendly and professional. 5 stars would have been given if it was not as expensive. We would definitely return for a special occasion.Accessibility: The restaurant is at the end of an angled lane that would likely be very difficult in a manual chair without assistance. Cars cannot go down the lane to get you closer to the restaurant. Once inside, it was easy to maneuver in a wheelchair, no steps, but slight angled floor. I am not sure if there is an accessible bathroom. There is a variety of seating available, standard chairs and higher stools at a bar.

I haven’t eaten traditional Peruvian food before and everything we had was delicious. Reasonably priced and the cocktails yummy. Recommend for something different and will return to try other dishes.

love the food, Ceviche, seco de carne, the drinks, and close to the beach, remaind me Peru in summer, you have to try it!!!

I have no words to describe this wonderful food. Everything very good from the entrance to the dessert including the drinks.

Authentic Peruvian food at its best - a surprising find in the beachside suburb of Chelsea! Having been to Peru, there were a lot of nostalgic and familiar dishes and ingredients, such as ceviche, cassava/potato’s and huancaina sauce, lomo Saltaldo, empanadas etc.But they also serve grilled meats, classic Peruvian stews for those who want to ease into Peruvian cuisine.All the popular drinks are there too, including Inca Cola (like a Peruvian creamy soda), pisco sours, and chicha morada.The tres leches cake is also to die for (they can make them as birthday cakes too)

Delicious authentic Peruvian food. My first Peruvian experience and the food is phenomenal. Highly recommend the pork belly and chicken stew. Try the Peruvian drinks - the cocktails are to die for. You wont be disappointed, the service is fantastic too! Fairly priced. The empanadas were amazing and well the desert - you have to try to see what I am talking about!
