I hadn't been to the dentist in over a decade ( was crazy scared of going to the dentist due to bad previous experiences from other ones), and had the awesome Dr. Moon treat my teeth. I was candid about my history of poor eating and my neglect as a child for basic healthcare and he was super direct, kind and professional and I did not feel judged in any way. I came back for two wisdom teeth removal and he was so quick, precise, and made sure my aftercare was top notch too (his dental assistant was super nice and professional, even when I dribbled all over myself after rinsing due to the numbed mouth, thank you Priya). I actually felt like Dr. Moon and the staff there genuinely cared about me, and it wasn't superficial customer service fakery, they genuinely want me to be healthy and happy with healthy teeth. I have an anxiety disorder and was candid about that too and everyone that worked there was so kind and caring, without making me feel like a weirdo, while maintaining top notch professionalism, which was refreshing and deeply appreciated.I had to delay some dental work due to fiscal issues, and they patiently rescheduled me without judgement or shame, the doctors and staff there are all class acts and incredible people. Thank you for making me feel like a cared about human even when financially I am struggling.

My daughter needed to get braces but I was unsure where to go, so a friend recommended Dr Lam at Adelaide Family Dental. Best decision! Dr Lam is amazing and a great clinician.Great location and great service. Always on time and friendly. Highly recommend!My daughter especially likes how he doesn't get grumpy if she is less than perfect with brushing her teeth.

I do not recommend this practice, one of the dentists tried 3 times to put a filling in one of my teeth and couldn't do it. I then had to find another dentist to fix the filling, he had to remove the original filling that was not put on the tooth properly and re fill the tooth. It was extremely painful, expensive and stressful. When I rang the practice the reception staff were disorganised and simply did not care. Each time I went into the practice to try and correct this mistake they continued to charge me to fix their bad work. This practice is more about making money than providing good health care service. Do not go here.

The female owner is rude, unprofessional and psychotic! Avoid at all costs. I know for a fact even delivery drivers refuse to go there because of her.
