You can't beat a family run local store. I found Nic And the staff all so helpful. A good price for a quality product and free delivery and removal of the old piece. Thoroughly recommend them !

Amazing Service better than five star. My daughter has brain cancer we live in Victoria. John at Sleep doctor Dee Why was the only one that would help me with a recliner chair no one in Victoria were interested . He hassled the rep who organized to get the recliner out of the factory and then made sure that recliner was in Victoria for Christmas! He even was going to drive it down himself if he couldn’t find a freight at this busy time of the year. You made my daughters Christmas she was able to spend it in the recliner with the family. Thank you is not enough I will never forget your kindness.

Good customer service when you go to buy and very respectful and the quality of bed frames is good but I wasn’t happy with the mattresses. We had a bad experience when we ordered plush mattresses and they sent us medium or firm mattresses of a complete different brand. They confirmed that they sent plush. The mattresses they sent were not like the one we tried at the shop. Given you get 30 days change of mind on mattress , I called them back and they said they will organise something, never heard back since. This happened around may 2020. Now my back hurts when I sleep on their mattresses. Given I spent almost 1000 on each matter in size double. I’m very disappointed and cut as I could have bought the nicest mattress from anywhere for the same price.

Have had the pleasure of using a water bed for over 40 years.i have never used anyone except for Aarons waterbed centre for parts, installations and maintenance. I have always found Colin to be honest, fair, polite and helpful. His integrity is first class and so is workmanship. Highly recomended!!!

Service and upselling Fantastic! After extras bought (X3) and doesn't fix....NO Responsibility, Refunds or Help given, l threw that mattress in the bin and bought a proper one!!

Best waterbeds ever, reliable and quality

I prefer a firm mattress, my husband prefers soft so its difficult to find a bed that we both find comfortable. We also live interstate and we're unable to try the beds before purchasing. Philipp was really informative and gave great recommendations regarding firmness, sizing, accessories and other general information on the types of beds available. Any communication we had with him was recieved promptly, even on weekends, and was very professional. We ended up purchasing his original recommedation, the soft sided, firm, aqua gel model. He arranged postage and the bed arrived within 3 business days. The instructions were well written and easy to follow and we were able to set it up in just a couple of hours. The quality of the bed did not disappoint, the mattress is very well made and extremely comfortable. From the very first night we have both slept comfortably and woken without the usual aches and pains. Philipp contacted us the week after purchasing as well, to check that all arrived safely and that we were able to set it up ok too. I can't recommend ultimate waterbeds enough, definately money well spent.

Helpful and friendly service. Their showroom is very comprehensive with a good number and variety of mattresses on display (much better than some of the other 'big name' vendors - don't be fooled into thinking otherwise by the inconspicuous sign out the front). My new mattress is A++, would sleep on again.
