I am so happy I chose Hezzelic Homes to build my Eco Home. It was a challenging project as we reused 80% of the reusable materials of the old house that was on the property in the new build. The end product turned out way beyond my dreams. I totally love it! See some photos below.Hezzelic were outstanding in their quality and finish of work. We purchased a house built by Hezzelic Homes Pty Ltd in Sunnybank Hills and it is very well-designed. Ultra-modern with quality products, especially the kitchen area. What we also appreciate is the support provided after purchasing the house in terms of fixes/repairs.

Dwain and Shane and by extension all the members of Hezzelic Homes were an absolute pleasure to build with. Each step of the way, Dwain communicated with us to let us know how it was all going, and even in the current building climate was able to deliver on time for us.Any questions or concerns were readily answered and construction work was done well. I cannot recommend these guys more! If I was ever to build again in the future I would be more than willing to work and partner up with Hezzelic Homes again.

Hezzelic home has handed over my single story home in Sunnybank. Being an interstate owner, i was quite hesitant to engage a builder without meeting them personally. The border closure from Covid made my decision harder but I had some comfort speaking to Dwain after shortlisting a few builders. He came to me as someone who is upfront, honest and transparent. I am thankful that it has been quite a consistent communication throughout the construction journey of 5 months. Hezzelic Homes has been very patient throughout the request of changes/ ideas. All emails are responded pretty much within 24-48 hours! I would not hesistant to recommend them!

Using Hezzelic homes to build our our new home was a very easy decision for us, as we have built with them numerous times.Dwain and his team always make the process so uncomplicated and their attention to the small details and the quality of workmanship is outstanding.The lines of communication are always open, and any questions are answered promptly by either Dwain or Shane. Any issues that arose were thought through and worked out easily in a professional manner.What they estimated, in regards to pricing and completion dates where spot on. We had no blow out costs and time frames, making the build and move-in a smooth transition.Their prompt service on any maintenance issues that arise, are never to much trouble and dealt with in a very reasonable time frame.I would have no hesitation in using Hezzelic Homes again, we have two of our friends building their dream homes with Dwain and his team and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of building.Thank you, Dwain and Shane for taking the nightmare out of building!

We built our house with Hezzelic in 2019 and would highly recommend Dwain and the team. The finishes are second to none and we could not be happier in our beautiful home. The guys from Hezzelic have built two homes for us in the past 18 months and the communication we’ve had with them, from the start through until completion has been great. We’ve been kept up to date with the progress and Dwain’s made multiple suggestions to improve the function of our houses along the way. We’ve been very happy with the quality of each build and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Hezzelic built my home in 2018. Dwain was an absolute pleasure to deal with during and after completion. The quality and craftsmanship they delivered was second to none. I cannot recommend the boys enough. This was my first build and hopefully not my last with Hezzelic. 100 stars.

AWESOME!I've spent a bit of time looking for a builder to build with and we've found Hezzelic Homes to be the one for us.First new build for us so I was abit nervous, but it turned out to be a fantastic experience from start to finish.Dwain communicates well with all of us from start to finish to make the process clear.Highly recommend having a chat to them, at whatever stage of the building process, it will iron out alot of your concerns.Keep up the good work guys!
