What a great day for a coach ride!! FANTASTIC hospitality, and topped off with a lovely meal. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing experience! My parents and I had a memorable time and it made the first trip in Australia for my parents very special.Our driver Dream was friendly and professional, horses were well treated and calm.The view of the city and garden with the sound of horse’s hooves healed us!Thank you very much for your treat.Highly recommended ☺️

Had the best time at Billabong Ranch today with my family. The staff were excellent. They were so attentive and catered to every need. Kat and Blake were outstanding!! They organised our entire visit around the animals and the heat of the day and what activities we had to do, was so fun.Our little girl was made apart of it all and they were so good with her.Thank you so much guys, we will be back. If I could give you more stars I would. And they had lactose free milk for a coffee and gluten free ice cream and a delicious gluten free option for lunch. Very impressed.

Terrible!!!!! Would not deal with Matt again. No communication - does not provide the service that you pay for. Refuses to refund your money , they don’t have contract with terms for you to sign . They only respond by phone when they feel like it . They lie about the service they provide. They state they can train horses - but he can't!!! I paid $3200 for a service THEY DID NOT PROVIDE!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

We had a wonderful Christmas carriage ride around Bendigo. Santa has a great sense of humour and shared stories about the horses and what he does.

Would like to say that Shikhaa has done an outstanding job with decorating my event, the amount of positive reviews received by guests was insane! Her creativity in making the hall decor even better was amazing! She is so passionate with her work and I have to say, I absolutely praise and commend for her work!I recommend it to everyone and/or anyone who is looking for a decorator, to contact Shikhaa! We witnessed Don with his wedding Carriage and 2 magnificence horses, at no time was anyone frightened of the horses and they really made the day for the Bride & Groom one to remember picture perfect.
