Very helpful and friendly.

I will never ever bring me car back to Subaru Booval, they actually stuffed up while fixing the original stuff up. Obviously the Mechanic is not supervising or checking the apprentices work. Would have received a better job from an unqualified back yard mechanic. I could have had a serious accident due to their incompetence, I have no trust in their service now. BTW, the tools you left under my bonnet, I’m keeping them.

I have a big road trip planned for the 25th of June and want to have my car service completed before hand. I booked my car in over 2 weeks ago via the online booking system for a service on the 16th of June and recieved an automated message confirming that I was booked in. But I get a text today stating that this date is not available and the next available service is not until the 29th of June.When I called to speak with someone about it, I was told that they have a 6 week wait for car services and could not get me in any earlier. This is why I booked in weeks ago! Unacceptable. I've had my car serviced here since I bought it. I won't be bringing my car in to this place again and I certainly won't be recommending this place to anyone. Quite the opposite. Not happy.

Poor customer service, never had a good experience here, only come back to keep my warranty. Nil problems re mechanics just customer service.
