Deloitte Melbourne has prepared my tax reports the last 5 years because I came to Australia as an ex-expatriated Ford employee. I spent all this time up to today feeling like I am their last priority at all. My constant feeling is that they just have supported me because they don't wan't compromise bigger contracts with big companies. Anyway, it is what it is.

Awful. I've been trying to get my ticket money back from the STA travel agency going into liquidation during COVID disaster. I don't even know if I am eligible for any sort of refund but Deloitte workers don't bother getting back to you. They are never there" when I've called several times. I've been promised some sort of written communication and guess what..I am still waiting about 2 months later. Completely and utterly useless."

the guy who claimed to have audited my financials kept telling me that dustin martin was the greatest player to ever play the game and got mad at me when i said jimmy garroppolo was not a good quarterback. won't be coming back with my tax return ever again.

I engaged Deloitte to prepare my Australian and US taxes upon my return from working overseas in the USA. They failed to advise me appropriately and took many months to complete my returns, resulting in large penalty payments. Negligent and incompetent does not even begin to describe their performance. My returns were farmed out to unskilled and overworked representatives overseas who made multiple mistakes. Avoid engaging them at all costs, look around for a smaller company who will do the job properly.
