Loved getting my SNS Nails done. I had cracked my nail badly & was in pain, the girls were so gentle & did a fantastic job. Very happy!!

One of the worst nail techs I’ve ever been to, I went to get my nails done last week now they’re all damaged and broken! I hate them so much they look so hideous, Don’t recommend at all!

Im so in love with their skills and services. The staffs are friendly and gave me lots of advice on my nails. This’s definitely my best nail shop from now on!

Went in to get sns and manicure after being recommended by my friend. Booked an appointment for 10am and got there early to which they started on my nails. I have consistently been getting and to help strengthen my nails and I am very familiar with the process. im assuming the lady who was working on my nails first was a trainee as she started wrapping my fingers with copious amount of acetone and kept my fingers wrapped in foil with usual filing for an hour. It took them an hour to remove my old sns. I chose the colour for them to get started to which I was handed to another experienced lady who started shaping my natural nails for me and she then realised there was still more filing to do as the other lady did not remove the previous sns properly. The Second Lady was a lot speedy and got them painted to perfection and after putting the final coat for sns where I needed to wait minimum 5 minutes, the trainee grabbed my hands and started wiping them with a wet towel and ruined my nails. Had to start the entire process AGAIN. By this time I was in the salon for close to two hours and was expressing my frustration a lot to which I did not even receive an apology and to top it off I was charged the full amount.If a trainee is doing nails there should be someone by their side guiding them throughout the process or they should be standing by someone more experienced and watching to lean. People who work full time like myself don't like spending 2 hours on a weekend for nails that usually can be done in 30 minutes and to add we shouldn't be getting charged the full amount for a service being conducted by a trainee.The other workers were aware of the situation and were unapologetic - therefore I won't be visiting again and not recommending to others.

I was 10 minutes early for my appointment waited an extra 20 minutes in total 1 hour and a half for a basic pedicure. It was a very ordinary and no where near worth the time taken.

Professional and best quality very hygienic and clean and the best customer service strongly recommend stylish nails Austral. Once you've been here you will never go anywhere else. Best nail shop.

One of the worst nails i have ever had done! Ive been here a few times the original three ladies are amazing! I went today and i got a new girl to do my nails, it took her 1 hour and 40 minutes to do my shellac manicure and she didnt even end up finishing the manicure because i was running late to my hair appointment due to her taking so long.I asked her to cut my nails just a little shorter and she pretty much cut them completely that they looked like tic tacs, the way she painted my nails was like a child did it because it was all over my skin she didnt clean it properly, theres hair on the nail polish its all bumpy and ugly! They are all different shapes and lengths, i could havr done a better job myself, I literally walked in with better nails then i left with.I have a wedding tonight and i have to go with these hideous nails.They could all see that i was not happy and no one apologised or tried to fix them and i didnt want to make a scene there so i let the lady finish my nail's because i assume shes new. The worst thing is that she charged me for the full price knowing well i didnt like them and that i was not happy.I will not be going back again because if I'm going to get a trainee to do my nails and screw them up i should not be charged full price.Very disappointed because i really liked how the other ladies have done my nails before.

I recently moved to the area and have come here 4+ times and they never disappoint! Their attention to detail and care is second to none. All the ladies are super lovely and I love coming here!
