1 star is extremely generous!! Most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely no communication to the customer, never arriving in scheduled 4 hour window. Arriving late with incorrect gear 3 times in a row. No communication between the office and the technicians. Once work was finally completed, I was overcharged for works that were not even carried out. Do not recommend.

We have used Windows Revival many times and have found on all occasions; the staff were nothing more than top notch! The turnaround times have been amazing and when a job is locked in with them, we have full confidence in their abilities to undertake the work in a timely and professional manner. They even clean up after themselves which is such a bonus now a days.

The technician was unprofessional and inappropriate speaking with me and my child. He did not provide a quote until the repair was partially completed then tripled the price at the end. It took 11 minutes to replace rollers on 3 doors and I was charged $480. I was told to replace the corroded locks myself.I have contacted the business owner and requested a refund for the service component however was only offered another technician to attend. This is not a suitable solution and I don’t feel comfortable with anyone from this company in my home.

We were so happy with the work Mick from Window Revival did for us. He was honest (to the point where he found a diamond that we had lost and probably would never have found, and returned it to us), he was upfront about costs and worked efficiently and without fuss. He was free with advice when asked and adopted a no-nonsense approach when dealing with windows that hadn't functioned properly the whole time we had been here.I couldn't give a higher recommendation and wouldn't consider going to anyone else for this work.

I recently had window revival repair my sliding security door track. The technician who came and repaired the track was competent and had the track repaired in no time at all.I was extremely pleased with the job completed.I would recommend them highly.
