I'd been in the gym for years but was well and truly stagnating and getting far too comfortable in the old routines. The guys at CFVS have taken me to a level of fitness that I'd never been near! The community feel in the club is great and the coaching styles are perfect for everyone from the total beginner to the seasoned athlete :)

Amazing! I currently attend CFVS and love it! Everyone is so supportive, its like being part of a community! My fitness levels have increase drastically! I would defiantly recommend CFVS!
