I cannot recommend Steve from Poolwerx Armadale enough. He went above and beyond when fixing our pool after it was filled with concrete sludge (not an easy task!). Steve did an amazing job at a very fair price. He was always friendly, on time and communicated well. Thanks again Steve, much appreciated.

Quoted me and then got lost in communication and never came. Gave me the wrong email to request my appointment.quote was good price, just no one actually came to clean my pool I ended up getting it done myself

Absolutely appalling service. Started off good with a handover service and clean then after our valve broke there was little to no communication about replacement. As a result we now have a green pool to fix. We are new pool owners and have been mistreated. I think poolwerx Armadale should repair the green pool at no cost as its been over 5 weeks since I contacted them.

Can not rate Poolwerx highly enough since we started using them (Steve) has maintained our pool to pristine condition. The peace of mind knowing that Steve will pop around and maintain the levels and condition of our pool for us is amazing. Bye Bye Green Pools

We have had a few people out to check/clean the pool over the years but none were as quick to respond, book in an appointment and carry out the service as Steve. Friendly, informative and extremely helpful, he had his work cut out for him as an old pump had broken resulting in a green algae ridden pool, but with his help it was back to swimmable ASAP. Thanks again Steve! We won't use anyone else!

Our pool was extremely high in salt , our pre existing pool serviceman wasn’t able to rectify over a period of 5 months. Thankfully I found Steve via a referral and he was able to rectify the issue within one visit .Super knowledgeable, explains everything ! Can not fault the service whatsoever . Will be a long term customer for sure ! Thank you Steve !!!!!!
