Al Shami Restaurant
Great Syrian cuisine on the quiet side of Merrylands.Great decor with plenty of seating.The meal portion sizes were sufficient and taste quality was fantastic.We paid just over $70 for two meals and no drinks for a table of two.Service staff were attentive and we enjoyed our visit.Cheers

Honestly the best middle eastern restaurant I’ve been to in Melbourne, both food and atmosphere wise! The food was very authentic (and delicious) and the service was amazing (staff were super friendly). Portions are very generous and it’s a super cosy place. Highly recommend!

Our absolute favourite place In Melbourne. Amazing coffee, reasonably priced, and really friendly staff. Always make you feel welcome and provide a lovely service. The food looks really good too!!!

Great everything!Customer service 10/10Food 10/10The food is spot on authentic Syrian cuisine. Lots on the menu. From street food to traditional home made food and it is all great. The restaurant is well decorated plays good music and is perfect for families and friends.

A lovely place. Really relaxed atmosphere, with paintings and decorations. We got a banquet, seen in the pictures, which I highly recommend. Some was spicy, but the flavours were rich.Memorable experience. Would definitely come again

Very welcoming and friendly staff.This is an authentic Middle Eastern restaurant offering generous size of very rich and tasty Arabian dishes that come in Western style presentation. Not to forget the starting dips that come free of charge while preparing the menu dishes, which is something I personally loved
