He is so lovely & service he provided way A1. Customer Service was over & beyond. He was also so reasonably priced. One very happy customer. Highly recommend using him.

Lost keys to our van. Steve was a magician. Was onto it before he even opened the business door. Was steadfast in making sure we tried everything before drilling lock. Got a window open with minimal damage Thanks to a fantastic slim nurse walking by, got door opened from inside. He gave us the make of lock to get replaced and identified that mechanism was worn and needed replacing too. Old fashioned service with a smile hard to beat.

Steve & Daniel came out to my workplace to fix a filing cabinet lock that wouldn't open. After explaining the situation & my reason for needing access to important documents, they arrived within the hour. They were both so friendly & were able to fix the issue. Then, when I asked if the invoice could be emailed to my workplace, because I worked for a charity, Steve said he would not charge for his time. I was so grateful for his kindness. I could not recommend this amazing business more highly! Due to their exceptional customer service, they will certainly be my first point of contact if I ever need a locksmith at home too.

Hi, I had some keys cut with you guys today. The key blanks I supplied were 30+ year old nos items, very hard to get and bloody expensive. I think the fella that cut them, his name is Michael, he was an absolute gentleman and an absolute professional, he was diligent and careful and subsequently the keys were cut perfectly and function as they should. I believe my wife originally spoke with you, and you were also very happy to provide the information we needed. It’s becoming more and more difficult these days to find businesses that take there profession seriously and always put profit before people, my bill today was under $20 but I was treated like a customer spending thousands. Thank you for the service you supplied me today and believe me, I’ll be telling everyone I know about my excellent experience with you, your staff and business.
