Would recommend avoiding. They were unable to recover our debt and we now have to pay Pro-Collect far more in fees than we were initially trying to recover.They don't let you know their fees upfront and help themselves to add every expense possible into your bill without letting you know.

Dealing with this company was a terrible experience for a small business like us:-We were mislead by the sales representative who completely washed his hands once we signed.-They did a poor job chasing the bills we referred to them and took the debtors side throughout the process.All in all, this turned out to be an expensive and ineffective process for us. Not recommended.

did not get the initial invoice amount i was after back, ended up paying fees out of my own pocket and was advised that all the fee's will be paid by the person i was collecting debt off, which then wasnt and i had to pay that amount.lack of communication, i had to follow up with them with what is going on, i had to leave multiple emails and phone calls to get a reply.took almost 10 months to close the case.not worth the headache in my opinion

I have had a small debt that needed collecting, I contacted pro collect after and after setting up and getting my debtor manger Belinda, she has taken care of everything and kept me update to date with ever contact made and possible payment date. I would highly suggest pro collect for any disputes over invoices big or small they provide professional service and friendly staff to help the frustration disappear.

All they do is rip people off. I got a car and had an accident (not my fault) and they refused to help and I’m still left owing money. They blamed me being abusive. I just said avoided my phone calls as they didn’t want to help. They put there own terms in and the cars are dodgy and barely road worthy
