Dealt with Niamat at AFJ Auto parts and he was awesome, very helpful and was able to assist me with everything I needed for my Pajero. This is the second time I've bought from AFJ Auto Parts and they have always been helpful, had the parts I was looking for and all at a great price, thoroughly recommend them for auto spare parts!!

I contacted Angori from AFJ Auto Parts about some ASX rims that were available.I needed mint condition to replace 2 damaged rims on my car. I confirmed that these rims would be undamaged as this was the only way they would be suitable for the purpose in which I needed them. I was reassured that 1 rim had damage (which I was fine with as I only needed 2) and the rest were in as new condition. All 4 rims were to come with tyres attached which were also described as being near new.When I arrived to pick them up, despite giving 2 days notice, the rims had not been removed from the previous vehicle and as such I did not get a proper opportunity to inspect each rim on site. I was asked to bring my car around to another access point and as soon as I did so, as the wheels were taken off of the car, they were loaded into the boot of mine.When I arrived home and unloaded the rims, I was disappointed to find 3 of the 4 rims had damage. 2 rims had majorly visible damage and one has minor edge scrapes. I contacted Angori immediately to request that i be able to return these for a refund, his response was to attempt to state that I have caused this damage. The damage to these rims is only something attainable through use/driving and not transporting them. They have not (and never will be) fitted to my vehicle.I then contacted the AFJ Auto Parts page directly with the same information and although they have seen my messages. they have ignored them. I have contacted the ACCC who have informed me I am within my rights to have this issue remedied as i only agreed to purchase 1 of the rims damaged, not 3! This makes them not of suitable quality for the contract of sale we agreed to.I called them via mobile and requested a response by close of business on Monday, which also did not happen.I will be emailing them directly to inform them of my notice to submit a complaint and request an investigation with the Office of Fair Trading should this not be addressed and resolved.I would not recommend due to poor communication and inaccurate information regarding the products.

I needed a part that I could not even describe that well (inside cover for a headlight on a Toyota Landcruiser Sahara 2016). They identified the part, checked for it, and had it sent out to me the same day. Excellent service. I will use them again. Price was fair and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful nature of the staff. Well done!

Called the business to see if they had a AC Compressor for my Nissan XTrail after I seen them advertise parts for sale. Was quoted $150. I mention to the guy I was offered the part by few others for $125. I was then told I can have it for $130. I agreed as I needed the part ASAP. When I arrived the business was told the part was still on the vehicle. Was taken to where the wreck was guy said it was too much effort to remove it. When I enquired about the Warranty . NO WARRANTY WITH PART. SOLD AS IS. The employees in this business have not a clue with limited English communication rather unhelpful .

These guys are very happy to help you if possible. I have bought quite a few parts over a few yrs here. Never overcharge and let me haggle with them.
