Traditional Chinese Massage

I called to see if they can accomodate 6 people. The lady told me she’ll call me back but she didn’t. We still went to the massage place hoping to see if they have massage therapists available. We were greeted rudely and this was unacceptable. I know that we have had some shortcomings as it was a last minute booking. But we don’t deserve to be treated so rudely.I always went here when my body is sore and they do a great job. But the way they treated me and my family was disgustingly unacceptable.They said 3 people can have massage for 45mins. Then when my dad and my 2 siblings wanted to get a massage they said they can only do 30mins but would still charge 45min (which was $70!).Would never go back here and wouldn’t recommend them either. Waste of time.

Worst and weirdest massage I've ever had. I used to go here and get decent massages but no more. No pressure points just hands running up and down not even equal on both sides. You could tell there was no training.

Went there work, very surprised with the service, really good massage. Definitely coming back soon.

Probably the worse massage my wife and I have ever had !In the space of an hour (or 40 mins to be exact ) there was constant talking and cha gong of people coming in and out then others taking over !There’s nothing authentic about this place with untrained employees ! Basically we paid to get out backs rubbed and that was about it.

Worst foot massage ever. State it’s foot reflexology, also state exfoliation add on to that they have hicaps that does not work??My husband was treated initially and he got his feet rubbed for 30minutes no other treatment-not forty as per board. He also had a change in “ therapists” mid way through as a poor lady walked in for a massage. His new therapist had a great pair of leopard skin undies on. Too classy. We listened to the sound of a bickering boss and girls who spoke the entire time in their own language apart from stating that my husband was handsome. Unprofessional, false advertising and certainly there for the unsuspecting tourist. My food treatment started later as I had to wait for a girl, and finished before. My girl wasn’t able to work and talk at the same time so I got my big toe rubbed a lot.We actually thought it was the massage place 20metres away on the second floor. I’m guessing the unsuspecting lady who stated she made a booking yesterday but this business had no record of same

I have gone here a couple of times but continued to have some bad experiences. Most common is my 30 minute massages are actually only 25 minutes, this has happened 3 times and I have brought it to their attention, but I am not sure they understand why I was getting annoyed. I have also had to be careful around what they charge. During my last experience there, we had 2 remedial massages with a $17 gap each which was charged at $66 instead of $34. I had to argue with 3 different staff members that they calculated it incorrectly before the agreed to charge only $34.Other examples include having staff walk in on me half way through getting changed and refusing to leave when I ask for privacy, even offering to ‘help me’ and having my bottom gabbed (during a back massages) and told that it was ‘nice’.I get that there is a language difference but each time I go there is something new to deal with. So I will be finding a new place for a massage place now.

Definitely the worst massage in Canberra, what they doing is nothing related with “Massage”, not even mentioned “Traditional Chinese massage”, just FRAUD:1.They will charge you based on their wishes, always adding ridiculous items.2.worst environment, no music no water or tea, just dirty room and whole places.3. The stuff know nothing of massage. All they do is just symbolic and aimless press on your back. Trust me they definitely not even ever get trained on this.4.during my period of “massage, two stuff are arguing and fighting outside my room….5.not enough time

Nice and relaxing experience!I had a neck shoulder and back massage, fell asleep while the lady back massaging me from a tired day of sitting in front of computer all day.

Came in asking about a foot massage, specifically asking if they were comfortably working on a leg that is on the tail end of recovery from a broken ankle, was spoken to very rushed by the woman at the counter, charged $50 for a half hour foot massage, in which it became very obvious she was avoiding the ankle I had specifically asked about until I said again during the massage, could you pay a bit more attention to this leg. Really felt it wasn't worth the money and won't be going back
