Very bad experience. I was fasting for six hours and running late to attend appointment due to traffics. I called 10 minutes earlier and told I am running late probably 10-15 minutes. Receptionist was rude and told me to reschedule due to I was running late. If I would have attended on time, as usual they always call half an hour late for any imaging. I highly not encourage to attend glenroy but I don’t know staffing wise in Fawkner clinic.

I have taken clients to many different radiology clinics in the past 12 years, and this is the first clinic where every single staff member was kind, caring and helpful to assist my niece who was in extreme pain. I would have given 10 stars if I could.

My appointment was quick and efficient

I was referred here by my doctor several months ago. The reception staff were extremely kind and compassionate, however the young lady sonographer could use a strong lesson in professionalism and patient-centred care. I was required to have a post-miscarriage ultrasound. The sonographer stated to my husband and I, that she didn’t see the point of checking for infection etc., post-miscarriage and asked why I was even bothering to have the test because there was no point, there’d be nothing to see if I’d had a miscarriage. She reluctantly conducted the required test, making snide comments the whole time. As you might imagine, at that time, such lack of professionalism was not what I should have encountered. I sincerely hope other grieving couples do not have the displeasure of an ultrasound encounter with this woman who obviously does not know her role within the system of health care providers. If I knew her name, I’d contact AHPRA and make a formal complaint as this was completely inappropriate behaviour.

Made my appointment and arrived on the day to the reception area and was met by friendly, courteous staff. I sat in the waiting area for less than 2 minutes before being called in.Very nice to feel welcomed and not just a number.Thank you

I cannot endorse this place enough. Five stars is an understatement. From beautiful Marie at the front desk to Shawn Choong who has done all our pregnancy scans, they're just the best team of caring lovely people. Shawn's expertise and experience in this field is admirable, and he goes above and beyond the call of duty with such attention to detail at every scan, and so much care for each little precious unborn miracle, care of maternal health also. We cannot recommend Northern Ultrasound enough, blessed to have such amazing medical talent in our Melbourne community.

After having a bad experience at a different radiology company, I decided to book my procedure at vision radiology Carnegie instead. Right off the bat, I was pleasantly surprised that procedures are bulk billed here (compared to the $500 quoted for my procedure at other radiology clinics)! The service and care I received was great, easy to make an appointment and such friendly and professional employees. It’s clear that Vision Radiology have patient care at the forefront of their business model, and that translates well in the way the practice is run. Thank you!
