Love this store and its worthy of 5 stars. I have given 4 stars due to poor service from the store manager. I spend at least $50-$60 per visit but she would not allow a sample of the coffee she was recommending. She was too busy. I looked around the store and I was the only one there ! We don't just give out free coffee I was politely told. On my other visits I have been looked after by a young fellow that was an absolute champion and not only well versed in his products but also understands how to look after his customers. I understand he is the boss's son.Will I be back? Absolutely this store is awesome but, will be disappointed if I am served by the store manager.

I have no idea about their products but just had a staff member of theirs in a company van give a hand signal to me referring to me being a w*nker because I beeped the horn at him. He was not paying attention and had two opportunities to easily enter a roundabout but didn’t. Not a good look!

Celebrating
Thank you to the team for our balloon arrangement for my daughter's birthday last week. One happy little girl!! From ordering to delivery and set up, everything was great. The store also has a huge range of party suppliers. I got everything I needed in the one place . Highly recommended.
