The Health Cove is a great!I have experienced many of Angus’ signature treatments involving massage, cupping and acupuncture which has helped immensely with my shoulder and neck pain over the years. Angus is a caring, skilled and compassionate practitioner who I have recommended to friends and family.I have also received many remedial massages from Jackson who is very caring, skilled and thorough.

Just had the best massage from Tom. Feel like I am on cloud 9. Beautiful clinic, right near the beach. Ahlia is lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend The Health Cove

Very rushed I know I was 4 min late but by the time talking the consultation inside the room it was 20 was 11am and I got rushed out by 5 min mid day so only 35 min and no shown exercises just got told to put my clothes back on.. no one came back in room to advice me to leave room or no communications either. No tea or water was offered after session either. Just very abruptly put clothes on and that's how my session ended. It was disgusting and I made to be feeling like I was a cash cow. Paid a hefty $130 too. This is not how you treat new clients. Oh I got told then afterwards that $130 was nothing and very reasonable? Well coming from Brisbane you pay $130 for 90min consultations and get attentive care from most body therapy holistic centres. I felt I was being gaslight and taken for a ride- this place was a joke.

Is a really good vibe at the Health Cove and highly recommend.Alia the receptionist is very welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with.Was treated by Angus and he was genuinely caring and very helpful in treating my bad shoulder, It has helped immensely.Had a mix of massage cupping and acupuncture which worked in improving the mobility and treating pain heaps.Can't recommend the practice enough..

As I walked out of my treatment with Jo, I felt taller! Being my first experience with an Osteopath, I was unsure what to expect, but Jowas communicative and supportive throughout the consultation and dealt with my back issues with the utmost professionalism. As well as the treatment, I was given a exercise plan specifically tailored to my issues.The Health Cove went above and beyond all my expectations! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Really enjoyed our infrared sauna as a couple. Calm beautiful space with really helpful lovely staff. Will go for a treatment & be back for the infrared sauna.

Wow! What an amazing experience!! The receptionist was so lovely it was so refreshing, couldn’t do enough for you. It was such a relaxing 45 minutes in your own warm space and beautiful music!! Totally recommend this to everybody who loves saunas!!!

The Health Cove is a hub of the most incredible practitioners, healers and supportive people. They supported me through acupuncture and Osteopathy from burnout and two decades of laptop back and stress, back to full health and mobility, addressing rosacea, acne, irregular menstrual cycles and more along the way. Highly recommend

I was staying in New Brighton for a week and booked in a 90 minute Signature blend treatment (Massage, Cupping & Acupuncture) as I've got ongoing neck issues and really needed a treatment after driving up from Sydney. I've also got plantar fasciitis that has been ongoing (with treatment) for months. The combination of massage, cupping and acupuncture did wonders to calm my neck and shoulder muscles, and helped a lot with the plantar pain. Angus squeezed me in for a second treatment on the plantar fascia (massage and acupuncture), which is now well on its way to healing. The exercises/home treatments he's recommended are really helping and I'm now only getting intermittent twinges, which is a considerable improvement. I highly recommend the Health Cove, whether you're in the area for a short while, or looking for a regular therapist.
