Worst service ever!!! Was on phone for ages, had about 4 customers waiting and when it was my turn, I asked for a part, he just shrugged and said to go directly to manufacturer!

Very knowledgeable about 4 wheel driving and 4x4 accessories.

Called to 2 days prior confirm a booking made months in advance for an ARB roof rack system to be installed and was told everything was good to go ahead. When I arrive I’m told the parts for my roof rack have not arrived and roof rack couldn’t be installed. Why would you confirm an appointment you had no parts for? But more than happy to take a $1000 deposit off me on booking. After no solution was offered my partner and I became extremely frustrated. Parts were somehow located thereafter and when asked where they had got them from was asked why? Not allowed to ask questions either apparently.After an absolute screw around I was told to leave my keys and go. Hours later receive a call saying my drawers, fridge and false floor needed to be removed before they could start working on the car. Don’t you think you would come out and have a look at the car before letting me go or ask me if the boot is empty? No discussion about having the boot free when booking or confirming. So we need to come all the way back to remove the everything as they told us additional labour would be charged for taking anything out. On picking up the car I’m left to find filthy finger prints absolutely everywhere covering the entire ceiling liner of my brand new car. And somehow a coffee in my cup holder spilt all down the side on my leather seat just left. At no point was any sort of apology or compensation offered. When our dissatisfaction was expressed a discount was outright refused. I have never experienced not only such a poor service, but terrible customer service for the biggest stuff around I’ve ever experienced. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Do not take your car here.

Have used mick for years and have had him carry out accessory Fitouts on many of my cars over the years, he does an excellent job and cannot fault any of his workmanship would highly recommend

SE4WD did a full top end rebuild of my 4.5ltr six at 260k. Runs great and am super happy. Mick is a gentleman of the old school, no nonsense and professional. SE4WD should be on everyones short list of service centres.

shane and sharyn were fantastic i wouldn't recommend anyone else
