Jason and Michael installed two of the upright umbrellas around our pool area. Not only is the gear high quality, the whole team was a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with the results.

Mick and Jack did a great job on the install. We’ve had multiple sails installed over the years and have always been happy with both the service, quality and price.

Paid $2,700 Feb ‘17 pool umbrella. Cable broke Oct ‘18 cost $165. Dec 23 cable broke removed to factory cost $700. Reinstalled on my property 3 holes in canopy plus inside canopy looks like it’s been dragged thru mud. Paul Flowers director inspected, will not take any responsibility for damage. He was to call me with solution however put it in email stating ‘Pacific solutions/Suncoast shade sails/Shade Solutions will not take any responsibility.Paul Flowers was to arrive at my property 2pm 7/1 I had to text him…he arrived 4.45 pm. Paul Flowers is a typical salesman has an answer for anything.I advise the public to shop elsewhere otherwise you’ll be out of pocket & greatly disappointed in any customer service . Note. I personally have ensured that all cables have been maintained.

Paul, Michael and Jason were consummate professionals at all time, their knowledge and suggestions made the whole process so easy from start to finish.

Considering this company has a 5 star rating, I expected much better customer service. I called 8 days ago and left a message on the answering machine to call me back regarding a quote, no response. Called again only to get another answering machine. Still haven't received a phone call back. I guess they have too much work on. Even if they called me back now, I wouldn't even bother getting a quote from them as this tells me they don't do business very well. Red flag.... I'd rather choose someone else to do it. :(
