Good store, but slow..... Took over 30 min to mix a tin of 15L, on a Sunday when it was so quite..... Worst ever, way slow

Very pleased . These guys knew their onions ( business ) and they gave me assistance and advice I needed; unlike the useless tools at Bunnings Port Melbourne who, wouldn't do anything to either identify or match my sample to their product range. I'd TOTALLY recommend this business for paint and undercoat. So pay a few bucks more and use the small guy. In fact Paint Shop Windsor was recommended to me by another p'eed of ex-Bunnings customer walking when I did.The Paint Shop " appear to avoid the trash product and "tool customer service" of Bunnings."

Poor service! Walked into the store, both shop assistants were helping other customers but didn’t even acknowledge I was waiting. Not sure if they knew I was there or not! Served other people before me even though they just walked in. If I wasn’t so desperate for paint I would have left!

The service was great, staff very helpful. It is open at 8.00am Sundays which is very handy if you are doing some painting and you need supplies, and you want to get a early start.
