Using Stage my home to sell to sell our investment property was a simple and easy experience. I do believe we achieved a price which may have been out of reach had of we not used their services. The main negative would be communication. I did get the feeling as though they wanted as little interaction with myself as possible and although I understand they are extremely busy, communication is the key regardless of the business or industry you’re in and you should always make it a priority. Most of my phone calls would go unanswered and some of my emails with no reply. It would have been nice for a conversation to occur prior to staging to let me know what they intended to do in terms of the style they were going for and how they would use each room. I didn’t want to have any input with the styling but it just would have been nice to have the discussion so there was a bit of reassurance that they knew what they were doing. Whilst I can’t fault their styling, I found the lounge in the main living area far too small for the space and many of the pieces of furniture where damaged which didn’t bother me too much as it did feel as though it wasn’t too deliberately staged. It would seem they used their best pieces of furniture for the more prestige property’s they style. Overall I am happy with the outcome and value of their services and I would happily use them again. But there is definitely some areas which could use improvement. I hope this review is not taken too much to heart and used more as constructive criticism. I did appreciate the hard work they put in and the quality of their interior designing.

Michelle came out to give us a quote on styling for selling our house saleShe was on time. Very professional and loved her ideas.We ended up getting lots of accessories as we had the big furniture items already.
